For those of you who are not in the know, it's a chain of family restaurants with the best sugar (Smiley) cookies on the planet. They also happen to have the BEST Christmas commercial - which they have run for over 20 years...



Seriously the cutest commercial ever. Ah, Christmas just wouldn't be Christmas without seeing that at least once.

According to TMZ -

...Nicole Richie was arrested for DUI early Monday morning. She was booked at 4:50 AM today and was released around 7:15 this morning. The booking sheet reveals Richie is 5'1" and 85 lbs. We're told two motorists spotted her SUV going the wrong way on the 134 Freeway in Burbank. The drivers called 911.

When the CHP responded, Richie was stopped in the carpool lane and was alone in the vehicle. When cops approached the vehicle, Richie was on her cellphone. Law enforcement officers tell TMZ Nicole Richie admitted she had taken Vicodin and smoked pot.

A preliminary alcohol screening device revealed that Nicole was not under the influence of alcohol. One law enforcement source tell TMZ that while Richie was at the jail she was "very cooperative and very humble."

antm 7 - catch up

Again, Tyra - what the fuck?!? I mean, seriously - what the fuck?!? Amanda was sent home last week - setting up tonight's finale of Melrose, CariDee and Eugena. I'm still sticking with my girl, Melrose. I think it's a possibility that CariDee could win, but I doubt it. As a bit of an aside, I find it rather peculiar that the judges haven't harped on CariDee for being too commercial. I mean, I said it in my pre-premiere evaluation. She looks like she should be working the register - in Pacific Sunwear - in the mall - in Dakota or wherever the hell. Team Melrose!!

the break-up

So here's the thing - didn't you kind of always figure that she'd end up with Ross anyway? I mean, really!?! Maybe they'll start tying her to Jake Gyllenhaal too...

After more than a year together, Jennifer Aniston and Vince Vaughn have decided to part ways. "After Jennifer's trip to London several weeks ago, Jennifer and Vince mutually agreed to end their relationship but continue to be good friends today," reps Stephen Huvane and John Pisani tell PEOPLE exclusively.

The statement ends weeks of speculation that Aniston and Vaughn’s relationship has been cooling off. Vaughn has been filming Fred Claus in London since late September, while Aniston has been busy working in Los Angeles and New York.

Despite their distance, both had made efforts to ensure the relationship was still going strong. In October, Vaughn, 36, threatened to sue several tabloid newspapers that alleged he was seen kissing a mystery blonde and had ended his relationship with Aniston, 37. The actress also shot down rumors of a rift on Oct. 11 when she told Oprah Winfrey that the two were still together.
